We provide OEM or ODM service for our customers,work as your purchasing office and production department in China.
The steps are as following :
STEP ONE : Before Placing Order
Customers choose our products from this website or our catalogue,customers can also send us their samples. We quote this products to our customers.
As for new products,our company develop some new designs every month. If customers need these new products, please send email to michael@sanhuastationery.com . Please tell us the following information, brief company introduction,main business,detailed contact information (contact person, E-mail, telephone, address).
We can make samples according to our customers' requirements. As for samples, it will be free of charge if the samples are in our stock . If we have to open new mould or make new material,then we will collect some charges. The delivery of samples is usually from 3 to 5 days. If we have to open new mould or make new material, then it is delayed some.
Customers make some comments after receiving our samples, we make the samples again for our customers until our customers confirm the samples.
STEP TWO : Placing Order
Customers can place one trial order firstly. Customers place formal order to us , and also need to pay 30% deposit for the order.
The payment terms can be T/ T or L/C . Usually, it is 30% deposit by T/T , then 70% balance by T/T .
STEP THREE : Production and Quality Control
Our factory will make mass production according to the order. Our QC team will control the quality during the whole production.Our QC system is according to AQL standard. Customers also arrange staff to inspect the quality.
STEP FOUR : Delivery and Service after Delivery
Customers pay the balance after inspection and confirmation of quality. We will deliver the goods after receiving the balance. We can deliver the goods by sea ,by air or other ways according to customers' requirements.
We will send " customer satisfaction questionaire " to our customers. We will improve our service according to the feedback from our customers.
